Roast Beef Artichoke Appetizer

1/2 lb. deli roast beef, thinly sliced
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1 red pepper, cored, seeded and cut into strips
French Baguette Bread cut into 1/2 inch slices
Fresh rosemary
Recipe
Mix together sour cream and horseradish. Spread 1 tsp. of mixture on slice of bread. Top with Roast beef slice, artichoke slice and red pepper strip. Garnish with rosemary sprig. Can be made as a wrap using tortillas.
