    Beef Stroganoff

    List of Ingredients

    Cut 2 lbs. sirloin steak into small strip. Shake a few strips at a time in bag containing:

    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Shake off excess flour before putting in skillet. Heat in a skillet 1/2 cup butter. Add meat strips and slowly brown on both sides. In a
    separate skillet, slowly sauté 1/3 cup chopped onion and add to meat. Make 2 cups beef bouillon and slowly add to the meat. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until meat is tender. To this mixture, add:

    1 can of mushrooms

    Blend together:

    1 cup sour cream
    1-1/2 Tblsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Add blended mixture slowly to beef, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. Serve on rice or egg noodles
