    List of Ingredients




    1 to 2 lbs. round steak, cut in small pieces
    1 Tblsp. oil
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    2 cups water
    1/4 cup minced onion
    2 Tblsp. white vinegar
    2 Tblsp. brown sugar
    Dash salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 bay leaves

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, brown meat in hot oil. Add gravy mix and water. Bring to a boil and add rest of ingredients.

    Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 5-6.
