    Hot Buttered Rum Mix

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. butter
    2 lbs. dark brown sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

    Recipe



    Melt butter. Add spices. Pour spiced butter over sugar. Cool. Add eggs. Beat at high speed. Pour into jar to keep in refrigerator. This will keep in the refrigerator for approximately 1 month.

    To make a cup of Hot Buttered Rum: Place 1-1/2 Tblsp. mix and 1 jigger of rum in mug. Add approximately 6-7 oz. boiling water and stir.
