ABM Apple Pie Bread

List of Ingredients
1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
5 Tblsp. white sugar
3 Tblsp. powdered buttermilk
1-1/2 Tblsp. butter
3/4 cup apple pie filling (cut apples up a bit and add at beep)
1/2 cup plus 1 Tblsp. apple juice
3-1/4 cup plus 2 Tblsp. bread flour

Place ingredients in machine according to manufacturer for sweet dough.
I have only made this on dough cycle....added the apple pie filling right along with other ingredients.
When dough was done, I removed from the bread pan and kneaded just to flatten it out into a rectangle large enough to fit in my bundt pan. Took the rest of the canned apple pie filling pressing it into the dough, rolled it up and laid it into the greased bundt pan. Let it rise for about 45 minutes to an hour. Baked in 350 degree oven for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.....can tell it is done from the golden color. I poured a thick glaze made with powdered sugar, melted butter, little cinnamon and lemon juice.
The one I made yesterday I just rolled the dough out into a large rectangle and laid the pie filling down the center of the dough, rolled it up, placed on cookie sheet in a long loaf shape. Let rise and baked. Sliced it and apple pie filling is right in the center. Added brown sugar, raisins and extra cinnamon over the filling before rolling it up.
