ABM Homestyle White Bread

List of Ingredients
1-1/8 cups water
1 Tblsp. honey
2 Tblsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
3 cups bread flour
2 Tblsp. nonfat dry milk
1 Tblsp. toasted wheat germ, optional
1 Tblsp. sugar
1 Tblsp. vital wheat gluten
1-1/2 Tblsp. salt
2 Tblsp. SAF yeast or 2-1/2 Tblsp. bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to your pan according to your ABM manual. (For Welbilt machines, add an additional 2 Tblsp. of water)
I just used the dough cycle and baked in my oven. I pull the dough out and put on a floured surface and punch it down. Then I cover it and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Flatten dough out and shape into a loaf and put in greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise for about 45 minutes or so. Bake in a 9x5 Pyrex loaf pan and 350° F. for about 35 minutes or so.
