    List of Ingredients




    1 cup evaporated milk
    3 Tblsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
    2 eggs
    1-1/2 tsp. lemon rind, finely minced
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    6 Tblsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 cups bread flour
    2 tsp. yeast

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in machine. Program for white or sweet bread. Press start.
