ABM Potato Dinner Rolls

1 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tblsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tblsp. melted butter
1/2 cup instant potatoes
3 cups bread flour
1 scant Tablespoon yeast
Recipe
Use sweet/dough cycle. When cycle is finished, turn dough out onto floured board. Let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough into 12 even pieces. Roll each piece of dough in your hands to form a smooth ball. Place each ball on an oiled baking sheet. Slash tops decoratively with razor blade or sharp knife.
Let rise, uncovered, in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until rolls are puffed to about double in size. Bake in a 375º oven for 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.
