Note: This recipe is for a 1-1/2 pound loaf, but measurements for a one pound loaf are included in the parentheses ( ). To make a two pound loaf, double measurements given for one pound loaf.
List of Ingredients
3-1/4 cups Flour -- (2-1/4)
1/3 cup Dry Milk -- (1/4)
1-1/2 tsp. Salt -- (1)
2 Tblsp. Sugar -- (1-1/2)
1 Tblsp. Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix -- (3 tsp.)
2-1/2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast -- (1-1/4)
1-1/8 cups Water -- (5/8)
1 Egg, beaten -- (1)
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil -- (3 Tblsp.)
Recipe
Place all ingredients into bread pan, in the order recommended by manufacturer of your bread maker. Insert the bread pan into the bread machine, and select "White", desired crust color, rapid or normal baking cycle and loaf size. Select desired delay option, and press Start.
