ABM Semolina Bread

Recipe Introduction


Although semolina is usually thought of as a pasta flour in this country, it also makes delicious bread. You�ll find the color slightly yellow and the taste nutty. It�s a super sandwich bread.


List of Ingredients




1-1/3 cups Water (room temperature)
1-1/2 Tblsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 cup Semolina
3 cups White Flour, Unbleached
2 tsp. Yeast, Active Dry


Recipe



Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer�s directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

Yield: 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
