    Harvey Wallbanger Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 box yellow or orange cake mix (WITHOUT pudding in the mix)
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup Galliano
    2 Tblsp. vodka

    For glaze:
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 Tblsp. orange juice
    1 Tblsp. Galliano
    1 Tblsp. vodka

    Recipe

    For cake: Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl. Blend in remaining cake ingredients. Mix batter until smooth and thick. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes. (If you're using two 9-inch cake pans, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.) Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then place on a rack for another 10 minutes.

    To prepare the glaze: Combine ingredients until well mixed. Some cooks poke holes in the cake, then pour glaze over the top, allowing it to drizzle over the sides.
