Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tblsp. unsweetened cocoa
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup skim milk
3 Tblsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1-1/2 cups warm water
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients in a 9-inch square pan coated with cooking spray; stir in milk, margarine, and vanilla. Spread evenly in pan. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and next 2 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over batter. Pour warm water over top. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes. Top each serving with 1/4 cup ice cream. Yield: 8 servings.
