2 boxes Uncle Ben’s long grain-and-wild-rice mix
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 Tblsp. prepared mustard
1 large jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tblsp. parsley flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

Topping:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook the rice. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mustard, mushrooms, parsley, soup, and broth. Add the chicken. Combine chicken mixture with rice. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with the topping and bake for 35-45 minutes.
