    Chicken Veg-All® Casserole

    Adapted from recipe posted by Mom2Ty at Mimi’s Cyber-Kitchen 11/7/01.

    List of Ingredients




    3 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All®, drained
    2 to 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    2 cans condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    8 Tblsp. (1 stick) butter, melted

    Recipe



    Grease a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken and Veg-All®. Layer Chicken/Veg-All® mixture in the bottom of prepared pan. Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over Chicken/Veg-All® mixture. Combine crumbs and melted butter and pour over top of casserole. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350º F. oven.
