List of Ingredients




1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tblsp. shortening
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 Tblsp. ketchup
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
5 oz. box macaroni
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper to taste


Recipe



Brown meat in shortening until red has disappeared. Add tomatoes, onion, ketchup, and bell pepper; cook 30 minutes to 1 hour in meat. Add cooked macaroni and spread mushroom soup over this. Bake in 350° F. oven for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese after taking out of oven.
