    "Clotted" Cream Substitute

    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tblsp. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) carton thick whipping cream

    Recipe

    Whip the whipping cream almost hard; add the softened creamed cheese. Mix together and then add the butter. Mix all together and that's it! This was made as a substitute for "clotted" cream, which takes 36 hours to make from pasteurized cream.
