Crockpot Black Bean Soup

List of Ingredients
2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (4.5 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 (14.5 oz.) can Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 green onions, sliced
2 to 3 Tblsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Ground cumin
1/2 tsp. Dried minced garlic
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours (or on LOW for 10-12 hours). Yield: 8 cups.
