    Crockpot Lemon Herb Turkey Breast

    List of Ingredients




    One turkey breast (2 to 3 pounds), completely thawed
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon rosemary
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Take turkey breast out of wrapping and netting. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. Place skin-side down in crockpot, along with all other ingredients. Cover, then cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. If you're available, baste turkey from time to time.
