    List of Ingredients

1-1/2 to 2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 medium carrots, scraped and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 soup cans water
    1 cup red wine
    2 Tblsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. each oregano, basil, thyme, sage, marjoram
    1 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 bay leaves

    Recipe

Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat beef cubes with flour mixture. Put veggies in crockpot, top with floured beef cubes. Mix all the rest but the bay leaves and pour over meat and vegetables. Add bay leaves and stir all to combine. Cover and cook 8 hours or more, until meat and vegetables are tender.

Alternatively, you can cook this in the oven at 350° degrees for 3-4 hours until meat is tender. You may want to add a little broth or water.
