    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tblsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tblsp. shortening
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe



    Mix thoroughly all ingredients except shortening, soup, and water. Shape firmly into 16 meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs in shortening; pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until meatballs are done. Stir occasionally. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
