Sauerbrated Meat Loaf

List of Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. Ground beef
1/2 lb. Ground pork
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 cup gingersnap crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tblsp. Cider vinegar
2 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 tsp. Prepared mustard
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tblsp. Cider vinegar
3 Tblsp. Ketchup
1 Tblsp. Prepared mustard
Recipe
Combine beef, pork, onion, breadcrumbs, gingersnap crumbs, beaten eggs, 3 Tblsp. Vinegar, salt, and 1-1/2 tsp. Mustard in large bowl; stir well. Shape meat into a loaf; place in a 9- x 5- x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine brown sugar, 3 Tblsp. Vinegar, ketchup, and 1 Tblsp. Mustard in a small bowl, and stir well. Pour glaze over meat loaf, and bake at 350° F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
