Skillet Beef Rice-a-Roni Hot Dish

List of Ingredients

1 box beef-flavor Rice-a-Roni
1 lb. hamburger
2 cups sour cream
1/2 lb. mushrooms, diced
1 medium onion, diced



Recipe

Brown hamburger; drain. Brown rice-a-roni according to package directions. Add seasoning packet, water, hamburger, onions and mushrooms. Continue cooking according to package directions. After mixture is cooked remove from stove and stir in sour cream. Serve with salad or vegetable.
