    Brazilian Chicken Marinade

    List of Ingredients

    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, trimmed and chopped
    1/2 cup trimmed cilantro
    6 cloves garlic
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Pepper
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1/2 cup olive oil

    Recipe

    Blend all ingredients to a coarse puree in food processor. Marinate chicken 4 hours or overnight before grilling.
