Quick Pizza Casserole

List of Ingredients

6 oz. elbow macaroni
8 oz. jar pizza sauce
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. sliced pepperoni (sliced in half)
1 Tblsp. Parmesan cheese



Recipe

Heat oven to 350° F. Cook macaroni as directed. Drain. In 2 qt. casserole, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; blend well. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Microwave: same as above; cover with plastic wrap; microwave on high for 7 to 9-1/2 minutes (turn halfway through).
