Hawaiian Pork Chops

6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
6 Tblsp. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
Dash of pepper
6 Tblsp. Red wine vinegar
1 large can pineapple chunks in syrup
1/4 cup ketchup
1 small onion, quartered
1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
Recipe
Mix salt, pepper, and flour in a large Ziploc baggie. Add chops and shake to coat well. Brown chops in a small amount of oil in a deep skillet. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops in skillet. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
