Pork Chops Marsala

1-1/2 lb. Pork Loin, sliced 1/2" thick
3/4 cup Marsala wine
6 Tblsp. Heavy cream
5 Tblsp. Butter
6 mushrooms, sliced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Flour for dredging
Recipe
Season each piece of pork lightly with salt and pepper. Dredge through flour. Heat skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Sauté pork over medium-heat until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes on each side). Add Marsala wine, cook 2 minutes more. Gently stir in mushrooms and cream. Cook for 2 - 4 minutes until slightly thickened. Serve with pasta or rice.
