    List of Ingredients




    6 (3/4-inch thick) center cut loin pork chops
    1/2 cup butter
    2 (0.7 oz) pkgs. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
    2 (10-3/4 oz) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
    1/2 cup sherry
    1/2 cup water
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    Hot cooked angel hair pasta

    Preheat oven to 375° F. Place pork chops in a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.

    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the dry Italian salad dressing mix. Stir in mushroom soup, white wine, cream cheese, and chopped onion until combined. Pour over the pork chops. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chops are done. Serve pork chops and sauce over hot cooked pasta. Makes 6 servings.
