    4 - 6 center cut pork chops
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 Tblsp. sugar
    2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 cup water
    1 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Place pork chops evenly in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F. for 1 hour. Yield: 4 - 6 servings.
