    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup pecans, ground
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 Tblsp. paprika
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 cup buttermilk
    8 chicken breast halves -- skinned and boned
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans, optional

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350° F. Melt butter in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish; set aside. (I lined my dish with foil.) Combine flour and next 5 ingredients.
    Combine egg and buttermilk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture, coating well. Place in baking dish, turning once to coat with butter. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake chicken at 350° F. for 30 minutes or until done. Yield: 8 servings.
