    Recipe Introduction

    This casserole dish is BEST IF MADE AHEAD OF TIME (the night before)

    List of Ingredients

    12 Flour Tortillas, cut into 8 pieces each
    4 cups cooked chicken, cut up in bite size pieces
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (7 oz.) can of diced green chiles (mild is best)
    1 cup of sour cream
    1 Tblsp. finely chopped onion
    1-1/2+ cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

    Recipe

    Grease pan or casserole dish (9- x 13- x 3-inch - deeper is better). Mix all remaining ingredients together until well blended. Save some shredded cheese to sprinkle over the top. Pour into prepared pan, cover, and put in fridge till you're ready to heat and eat. Cover with foil and bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serves about 8.
