List of Ingredients
2 boned and skinned chicken breast halves, cut in thin strips
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 Tblsp. Butter
8 Slices Each Green And Sweet Red Pepper
4 large mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, sliced
1 cup heavy cream -- 1 To 2 Cups
1/4 tsp. Basil
1/4 tsp. Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. Pepper
4 oz. Linguine, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
Place chicken and cajun seasoning in a bowl or resealable plastic bag; toss or shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter until almost tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add peppers, mushroom and onions; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat. Add cream and seasonings; heat through. Add linguine and toss and heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Yield: 2 servings.
