    List of Ingredients




    1 large frying chicken, cut up (I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 Tbs. salt (I use 1/2 Tbs.)
    1/2 Tbs. oregano
    1/2 Tbs. basil
    1/2 Tbs. pepper
    1/2 pound fresh mushrooms sliced (I use 1 pound)
    1/2 cup dry sherry or white wine

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350° F. Season chicken with a little seasoned salt and garlic salt. Dip each piece in Bisquick. Place in a pan and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Combine tomatoes, artichoke hearts, garlic, mushrooms, and all spices in pan and stir. When thoroughly mixed, pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° F. for 1 hour. During last few minutes, add sherry or white wine. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
