Grilled Herbed Chicken Packets

4 sheets (12-x 18-inches) heavy-duty aluminum foil
1/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade and sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. Italian herbs, crumbled
1 to 1-1/4 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, cut diagonally into thin slices
Hot cooked orzo pasta or rice
Recipe
Preheat covered gas or charcoal grill to medium-high. Combine teriyaki marinade, garlic, oil, and herbs in a large bowl. Add chicken and vegetables, toss until evenly coated. Center one-fourth of chicken mixture on each foil sheet. Follow steps to make four packets total. After grilling 10-12 minutes in covered grill, serve over orzo or rice.
