List of Ingredients
1 box long-grain and wild rice with herbs
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 soup can cold water
1 tsp. dried parsley
Dash of curry powder
6 to 8 pieces of chicken on the bone (skinned, if preferred)
1 envelope onion soup mix
Recipe
Lightly grease a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. Combine first six ingredients and pour into pan. Place chicken on top of rice and soup mixture. Sprinkle onion soup over all. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° F. for 2-1/2 hours with no peeking.
