Teriyaki Glazed Chicken

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tblsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. water
1 to 2 Tblsp. lemon juice
1 to 1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 lbs. chicken pieces (I usually just do a couple of boneless, skinless breasts)
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a skillet. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves (about 3 to 4 min.) Add chicken and cook for 30 to 35 min. or until tender. Turn chicken occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
