    Pressure Cooker Corn on the Cob

    1/2 cup water
    6 ears of sweet corn, husked & silked

    Recipe

    Pour water into pressure cooker. Place trivet in pan. Put corn on trivet, being careful not to crowd the ears too much, as they need steam surrounding them to cook evenly. Close lid, bring to a boil, bring pressure up, and put weight on. Cook at a medium rock for 2 minutes. Use quick release method. Remove ears from cooker immediately and enjoy sweet, juicy fresh corn.
