    2 pkgs. Uncle Ben’s Long Grain & Wild Rice + ingredients on boxes
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup green pepper, chopped
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 cup heavy cream
    Salt
    Pepper

    Recipe



    Prepare rice mix; set aside. Sauté vegetables in butter; add cream. Stir in rice. Pour into a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
