    1-3/4 cups chicken broth
    3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
    1 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
    1 cup chopped spinach
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Heat the broth in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Add 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning to broth. Stir in the rice and spinach. Reduce the heat to low. Cover the saucepan and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve with additional cheese. Serves 4.
