Overnight Mushroom Rice Casserole

2 (6 oz.) boxes Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup butter
2 Tblsp. flour
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sherry
Salt
Pepper
Recipe
Cook rice according to package directions. Sauté mushrooms in butter; blend in flour. Gradually stir in cream and sherry. Cook and stir over medium heat for two to three minutes. Mix with rice; add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into greased 9x13 serving dish. CHILL OVERNIGHT. Bake 350° F. for 25-30 minutes.
