Kielbasa Soup

2 or 3 or more cups carrots, cut into chunks
1 or 2 cups potatoes, cut into chunks
1 Kielbasa sausage, sliced
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1-1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage
Salt and pepper
Noodles (optional)
Recipe
Put carrots and potatoes in a blender, 2/3 full. Cover with water and blend until carrots and potatoes are in small pieces. (I chop mine with a chopper) Put in a large saucepan. Add Kielbasa, onions, celery cabbage, salt and pepper, and noodles, if desired. Cook on low heat for at least 45 minutes. About 2 handfuls of noodles is what I used.
