Brownie bottom:
One box Pillsbury Thick 'n Fudgy Deluxe Brownie Mix, prepared according to directions and baked in greased Tiara Pan
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 Tblsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tblsp. milk
2 Tblsp. cocoa
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
1 (16 oz.) can of cherry pie filling
Garnish:
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray Tiara pan with Pam. Spread brownie batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes. Turn cake onto serving plate.
To prepare filling, blend all of filling ingredients except chocolate chips in bowl with mixer until creamy, then stir in mini chocolate chips. Fill indentation with filling mixture. Spread entire can of cherry pie filling on top of cream cheese filling. Garnish by piping whipped cream around edge of brownie. Chill.
