BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Stir together all ingredients except cheese. Spoon into a greased casserole dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
