KAYCE’S CORN CASSEROLE

2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn
1 Pkg. Mahatma yellow rice (single size)
1 stick margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare rice according to pkg. directions; put rice in a deep casserole dish. Add margarine; stir until melted. Add corn, and soup. Add 1 cup (or more) of sharp cheese. Combine mixture well. Bake at 350º F. for 30 minutes. Remove from oven sprinkle more cheese on top and a little paprika for color.
