    Chocolate Fudge Frosting


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
    • 1 (1-pound) package confectioners' sugar
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 2 teasoons vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate and butter in small heavy saucepan over low heat; set off heat. Beat confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla in medium bowl untilsmooth. Add chocolate mixture. Set bowl in pan of ice and water and beat with wooden spoon until a good spreading consistency and frosting will hold its shape
