    • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1 (20 ounce) can of pineapple slices (reserve 2 tablespoons juice)
    • 10 maraschino cherries


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter over low heat in 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Off heat, stir in brown sugar, distributing evenly. Pat pineapple slices dry on paper towles and arrange artfully in brown sugar mixture. Center each pineapple slice with a cherry
