    Strawberry Sour Cream Cake

    You would never guess it had sour cream in it.

    List of Ingredients




    1 box white cake mix
    2 tablespoons dry strawberry gelatin
    1/4 cup boiling water
    1 1/4 cup crushed strawberries
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/4 cup sour cream
    1 (16oz.)container whipped topping

    Recipe



    Prepare cake mix as directed in 9X13 pan,let cool.
    While cake is baking,dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
    When completely dissolved,stir in strawberries,sugar,and sour cream.
    Place strawberry mixture in refrigerator untill cake is cool.
    When cake is cool to touch poke holes all over with the end of a wooden spoon or fork.
    Pour strawberry mixture all over cake.
    Frost with whipped topping.
    Best if refrigerated overnight to allow strawberry mixture to soak into cake.
