    Fantasy Fudge

    List of Ingredients





    3 cups sugar 3/4 cup margarine
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    (1) 12 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
    (1) 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe





    Combine sugar,margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart pan,bring to a full rolling boil,stirring constantly.
    Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat,stirring constantly to prevent scorching.Remove from heat;stir
    in chocolate pieces untill melted.Add marshmallow creme,
    nuts and vanilla; beat untill well blended.Pour into buttered 13X9 inch pan.Cool at room temperature.Cut in squares.
    Makes 3 lbs.
    Note:To make peanut butter fudge omit nuts and chocolate
    chips and add 1 cup peanut butter stir in the peanut butter
    at the same time as you would the chocolate chips.
