CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 oz can chopped green chiles
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves
1 cup half and half (can subsitute milk)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
7 oz can whole, green chilies
3 large eggs
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Recipe
In a skillet, brown meat with the bell pepper, onionk the 4-oz can of green chilies, oregano, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Seed whole chile peppers and spread on the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover with meat mixture and sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs and flour; beat with fork until fluffy; add milk. Mix and pour over top of meat in casserole. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
