List of Ingredients
1 Bag or large Can of Chipped Dried Beef
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 Strips of Bacon
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
12oz. Sour Cream
Recipe
On the bottom of a 9x13 pan, cover with shredded chipped beef. Wrap chicken breasts with 2 strips of bacon per chicken breasts. Put wrapped breasts on top of the chipped beef. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together. Place mixture over the top or the chicken breasts. Place in oven at 200* for 2-21/2 hours. Serve! this is great with biscuits, as the soup mixture blends and makes a great chipped beef gravy. Do not add milk to mixture, and please leave uncovered!
