    Crock Pot Kielbasa with Potatoes/G Beans

    Great for a busy day.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. Polish sausage (kielbasa, sp??)
    1 can french style green beans
    3-4 potatoes peeled and diced
    1 onion cut in good size pieces
    salt
    Pepper
    garlic salt (optional

    Recipe



    Put your potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot, add green beans that have been drained of almost all the juices. Put onions on top of the green beans, add seasonings and top with the polish sausage.
    Cook on low all day till done.
